A different atmosphere.
A considered fit.
Start with where you want the light. Then check how the selected kit meets your cabin, its controls and the equipment already fitted.

Look around the whole cabin.
A dashboard strip, illuminated vents, door trims and footwells can require different components. Compare the selected configuration rather than the most complete image.
- Dashboard & vents
- Record the dashboard layout, vent shape and driving side. Ask which illuminated sections are included in the selected version.
- Doors & rear cabin
- Check the body style, door count and the trim actually fitted. Confirm front and rear locations separately.
- Existing lighting
- Note which areas already light up and how you adjust them. Factory lighting and a previously fitted kit need to be identified separately.
Agree the controls before the colour.
Keep the lighting kit and its control method in the same specification. A menu shown in a product image does not establish how it will work in your car.
- Original screen or separate controls
- Confirm whether adjustment uses the existing vehicle menu, a separate controller or another interface, and what additional hardware or setup is required.
- Colour & brightness
- Ask which adjustments the exact version supports, how settings are retained and how the lights behave when the car is locked.
- Retained cabin functions
- Review the original switches, speakers, trim and other equipment around each fitting location with the installer.
Keep the fitting part of the decision.
Have the actual cabin and selected kit reviewed before trim is removed. Agree the work, supplied parts and any configuration in advance.
- A complete kit list
- Confirm the lighting pieces, controllers, wiring, fittings and instructions supplied for each location. Establish any separately required parts.
- Installation & configuration
- Ask who carries out the work, what trim needs to be removed and whether any vehicle configuration is required for the agreed controls.
- The finished check
- Agree a check of the lighting and retained original controls after fitting, including brightness and the chosen control method.
Three photos make a useful start.
Keep a full dashboard view, a clear photo of the door trim and a photo of the current lighting menu if the car has one. Add the generation, body style and driving side you know.
Before you choose.
Does my car need factory ambient lighting?
That depends on the selected version. State whether factory lighting is fitted and confirm the kit’s starting requirements before choosing it.
Can I use the original vehicle menu?
Confirm this for the exact kit, original system and vehicle. A photograph of a similar menu is not a control-method specification.
Does one kit cover every location in the pictures?
Confirm the written contents for the selected configuration. Dashboard, vents, doors and footwells may be separate options.
Can I preview these lighting products?
The current lighting additions do not support the car-photo preview. Use the product detail and cabin checks to prepare a fitment request.
Keep the part and
the car together.
Save the option you like, add the details you know and send your basket for a fitment and availability check before an order.
